The Project

An update to parks and recreation staff housing in Wateron Alberta, this project began with the demolition of 3 existing buildings, replacing them with a new two storey, 23,500 sq ft structure. Within the building is 26, 1 and 2 bedroom suites with kitchens and washrooms. A commercial laundry facility is located in the lower level. Built as a wood framed, joists and trusses with a cast in place concrete foundation, the envelope is a mix of cultured stone and fibre cement cladding.
